= Using the Call =
Pass in the following parameters using GET or POST
* class : Request Class (blank will use default)
* customer : Customer ID
* assign : Composite assignment string in the form TEAMID/USERNAME (or just TEAMID) for assignment
* update : Textual Update
* status : Status Code
* priority : Priority Code
For example
